How is my personal data collected?

  1. If you visit the Websites, IT data concerning your visit is collected automatically, including, but not limited to:
    1. IP address,
    2. your operating system type,
    3. browser type/kind.
  2. Just visiting our Website does not require you to provide any other information or personal data.
  3. Other data is collected on a voluntary basis using other means, e.g. via telephone, fax, e-mail, newsletter opt-in form, when making a purchase or using the contact form only when you want to provide such data to us, e.g. in order to receive our offer, opt-in to our newsletter or submit a complaint. By these means, you can provide us with you personal data, such as:

    1. replying to your inquiries (if you called or wrote to us to ask about our offer and/or request us to draft an offer);
    2. marketing our own products (if you are our Customer, we may process your data for marketing purposes based on so-called legitimate interest, which is also the basis for us using the remarketing tools based on cookie files; in other cases, our marketing activities are based on our consent);
    3. sending our newsletter, if you have provided your consent to this;
    4. recruiting, if you have sent us your job application;
    5. complaint processing, if you have submitted one;
    6. fulfilling your order made at one of our online stores.

Your data retention and processing time

  1. If you sent an inquiry to us via the contact form, your data is retained and processed for the period necessary to provide a reply and solve your problem.
  2. If you made a purchase at our online store, your data is retained and processed for a period that lasts until we are free from the legal obligation to process your data and the possibility for any of the parties to pursue claims in relation to the contract executed through the Store ceases.
  3. If you opting in to receive our newsletter, your data is retained and processed until you opt out.
  4. If you submitted a complaint, we will process and retain the data until we solve your case and consider that we no longer need this data based on our legitimate interest.
  5. If you send us your resume, it will be retained and processed for the purposes of current and future recruitment processes, however for no longer than three years.

How do you collect data in connection with opting in to receive the newsletter?

  1. If you subscribe to our newsletter and provide your consent to receive it, we only ask you to provide your e-mail address to receive the information from us.
  2. You can resign from your subscription at any time by clicking the link cancelling the subscription, which can be found in the footer of any newsletter.

In order to collect information on which of the contents in our messages you’re actually reading and which were not interesting to you, we use software that enables the analysis of this data. Your personal data obtained this way is not shared with other entities, except for the company operating our Website and the companies operating the servers for the above-mentioned purposes.

How do you collect data through the contact form?

  1. If you wish to contact us via the contact form, we only need your name, surname, e-mail address, phone number and, in the case of recruitment, also your resume and/or your cover letter.
  2. If you send us an inquiry or offer, we process your data only for the purpose of replying to your inquiry.
  3. If you send us your resume, it will be retained and processed for the purposes of current and future recruitment processes, however for no longer than three years.

How do you collect data when fulfilling an order sent through the online store?

  1. If you want to make a purchase at our online store, we need your name, surname, e-mail address, delivery address, phone number.
  2. Moreover, if you decide to register at our store, we will process and retain your login name.
  3. We also collect the data on your purchase history for analytical purposes.

How is personal data collected automatically? What are cookies?

  1. As we have already mentioned, we collect some of your data automatically when you visit our Website. This data is collected by so-called cookie files (“cookies”).
  2. Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the end device of a Service User and intended to be used at Service websites. Cookies usually include the name of the website they originate from, end device storage time and a unique number.
  3. Two basic types of cookies are used in the Service: session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies are temporary files which are stored at the User’s end device until the User logs out, leaves the website or shuts down the software (web browser).     • executing marketing activities;
    • receiving any potential reservations and inquiries you might have;
    • conducting recruitment, if you provided us with your information for this purpose;
    • fulfilling an order at the online store;

Such transfer may only take place with our consent, pursuant to an agreement and only to those entities who ensure that your data is appropriately protected and processed in accordance with the law.   6. If you are our Customer, we can contact you to promote our own products based on so-called legitimate interest. However, if you do not wish us to contact you by phone or e-mail, we can just send you written materials by post.

Do I have access to my personal data? Can I withdraw my previous consent for receiving commercial information?

  1. Remember that you are entitled to access your personal data at any time. You can receive a free-of-charge copy of your personal data that we hold.

    • the purpose of processing your data;
    • the type of data processed by us;
    • who receives your data;
    • how long do we plan to retain your data.

    • have your data rectified;
    • have your data deleted or restricted if we no longer need it for the purposes that you provided it for, if you have withdrawn your consent for its processing or if you object to the processing of your data for marketing purposes.
  4. At any time, you can withdraw your consent for receiving commercial information by e-mail and/or your consent for marketing telephone contact. Is my personal data secured?

  1. We secure your data by applying organizational and technical means necessary and appropriate to prevent the risk of your rights or freedoms being breached.
  2. This includes, but is not limited to securing your personal data against access by unauthorized persons, as well as against it being damaged or lost.
  3. Data transmission security is ensured by using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer v3) transmission protocol. SSL consists in encrypting the data before transferring it from your browser and decrypting it after it safely arrives to the server operating our Website.
